“Frank Peckham was a Grumman aircraft engineer who was a club cyclist living and working on Long Island. In the late 70’s, knowing that he possessed the skills and tools, he decided to try his hand at frame building. His work was so nice that his fellow riders began to ask for his work. Over the following 20 plus year period he built exactly 197 frames.” “He always worked with the highest quality materials, demonstrating exceptional skills of fit and finish.
