Jointly owned by Jack & Ron Quinn, brothers of Harry Quinn. Jack was the frame builder and started building in 1923 at the age of 13. Jack Quinn retired as a frame builder in 1977, Ron didn’t build frames so they were outsourced to Woodrup (and others?) C&G did their enameling.
