Thomas Humber’s bicycles were considered a very high quality product. They were referred to as the “the aristocrat among bicycles”. Humber himself retired in 1892 but the brand made bicycles, and went on to also make automobiles and motorcycles. In 1932 the brand was acquired by Raleigh and continued until 1960.
