Tsuchiya Seisakusyo under the “Everest” brand was one of the pioneers of Japanese Sport and manufactured bicycles from 1905. Yoshimasa Tsuchiya, began full-fledged production of track racing in Nov. 1948 when the first race was held at a cycling stadium in Kokura, Japan.
During the 1970s, Mr. Toshio Kajiwara was chief builder. He trained Mr. Masahiro Higashikawa who is renowned for his track/Keirin frames.
