Jon 'Otis' Williams' early 1930's Cicognani

“Early 1930’s Cicognani frame is Columbus tubing, fully chrome plated, integrated headset, and very nicely made. Something along the lines of a pro level road race frame.
“The two-cog coaster brake hub no holes for mounting caliper brakes. The coaster hub is designed for easy gear changes as the brake arm fits around the chain-stay and slides on and off without tools, so with the wing-nuts gear changes are easily made on the road.”
“There is a flag shaped decal that reads ‘Tipo Montherly 1933’
The bottom bracket cups and axle are marked B.S. The brake arm is cast “Torpedo”, the Brooks saddle is pre 1936 with an Ambrosio stem.”
