Handmade tubular (also called “sewups” or “sprints”) tires

Dourdoigne was established in 1952 and described as “in a garage somewhere near Granville. The quality of these tires was of the highest order. Andre Dugast was involved with that concern and in 1974 went out on his own with his ‘Dugast’ brand of tubulars. The Dourdoigne firm ceased business in 1977. The Dugast brand ceased production in France in 2005, purchased and shifted to Holland.
