Canada Cycle & Motor Co. Ltd. Established in 1895 as a consolidation of four major Canadian bicycle manufacturers: H.A. Lozier, Massey-Harris, Goold, and Welland Vale. Bankrupt and absorbed by ProCycle in 1983.

“Most famous of the CCMs were the CCM Flyer 6-Day bikes. These bikes were made in house by a special department headed up by Doc Morton (much like Wastyn in the early Paramount days). A lot of beefy Olympians and 6-day racers won on this design.” Art Link
